What was wrong: • Dashboard cards looked double-bordered — a soft ring from the Card component plus the explicit outer border added by each page stacked up and read as "thick". How it was fixed: • Dropped the inner ring from the shared Card component. Cards now carry just the one 1px border each page sets, so the outline reads as a single thin line. • Caught one card in /feeds that was riding on the inner ring and gave it an explicit border so it still shows.
